  • Can you go in and out of the program?
  • Yes, you can go in and out of the program. However, when you log out of the program, the tickets you entered will be processed within the hour. Once they have been processed, they will no longer be visible.
  • Can more than one person enter tickets?
  • No, only one person should be logged in at a time.
  • How do you enter the sector amount for a connecting city?
  • If you know the leg/sector fare, enter it, but if you don’t have it, leave the sector amount at $0.00
  • How do you change the carrier code in the SECTOR section?
  • Delete the value in the carrier field. Then start typing the new carrier code and select the carrier from the list given.
  • What do we do when we have conjunctive tickets?
  • Put in the first 10 digit ticket number, and then enter all segments/sectors. The form will create as many sector lines as you need. (Don't worry about the conjunctive ticket number - it will appear as one ticket).
